Keeley Shantz,
RMT (they/them)
- North Ajax
Founder of Ontario Mobile Massage; Clinical Director Hi! I’m Keeley (they/them) and I’m so glad you’re here. My goal is to provide you with relief from pain. I have experienced chronic low back pain since 2011, when I started receiving massage therapy. I am also no stranger to mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, C-PTSD, and premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), which are closely related to the physical manifestations of pain. I am also newly navigating a diagnosis of fibromyalgia. I graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2017 at the top of my class with clinical hours in sports and hospital environments. Since then, I've furthered my education in pregnancy, lymphatic drainage, oncology, breast/chest massage, 2SLGBTQIA+ healthcare, mental health, and end-of-life care. All my treatments are trauma-informed. I have been helping people find relief from their pain as a mobile RMT since 2018. I work with parents, youth, amateur to professional athletes, the elderly, individuals with various disabilities, patients post-surgery, and patients at the end stages of their lives to get them out of pain. I have developed and teach a series of 2SLGBTQIA+ education courses for healthcare practitioners, business owners and the public. I have supervised student clinic at a massage therapy college in Toronto and I currently teach in the massage therapy program at Pharma-Medical Science of Canada. I have volunteered in the communities of Markham and Stouffville for over a decade, and have gained valuable experience coaching children with various learning styles in several sports. I enjoy playing and refereeing hockey, skiing and snowboarding, practicing Muay Thai and yoga, meditating, and swimming. In my spare time, I can be found reading fiction, taking care of my betta fish, and playing Magic the Gathering or Dungeons & Dragons (yes, I am a nerd!). I travel up to 30 mins from North Ajax. This includes Pickering, Scarborough, Agincourt, southeast Markham, Whitchurch-Stouffville, Claremont, Uxbridge, Port Perry, Brooklin, Whitby, Oshawa, Courtice, Bowmanville, Newcastle, Clarington, and Orono. Appointments are available Mondays & Tuesdays from 10am-5:30pm, with occasional Wednesday afternoon/evening and weekend availability. Alternatively, if you are looking for a more cost-effective option, you can visit me at Ripple Effect Massage Therapy & Wellness in South Ajax on Thursdays & Fridays (www.rippleeffect.pro).
Lotus Chan,
RMT (she/her)
- Scarborough
Hi, I’m Lotus. Since 2004, I have been helping clients find relief from their pain from injuries, pregnancies, surgeries, and more. I am especially passionate about reducing scar tissue and treating TMJD and concussions holistically, using craniosacral, neuro-manipulation, and visceral manipulation techniques. My life-long dedication to learning has led me to further my education in MPS Dolphin Neurostim to enhance my scar tissue release and concussion treatments. MPS Dolphin treatments will soon be available! I also offer Reiki. Both craniosacral and Reiki are very gentle treatments, which can be utilized for those who are sensitive to pressure. In addition to my experience, I am very intuitive: Clients have reported that my hands know exactly where to treat, which they feel enhances the quality of their treatments. When I have spare time, I watch anime and casually read and play games. I look forward to working with you! I travel up to 30 mins from Scarborough. My hours are Mondays & Saturdays from 10am-5pm.

Where Ontario Mobile Massage's Story Begins
Fresh out of massage college, Keeley Shantz, RMT (they/them), founder of Ontario Mobile Massage, was struggling with anxiety, depression, and C-PTSD. Overwhelmed by mental and physical pain, they could barely leave their house.
This led to the realization that massage therapy is typically only accessible to individuals who are able to arrange childcare, leave their home, drive or access public transit, climb clinic steps, and be in a new, and often over-stimulating, environment.
This phenomenon leads to many people not being provided opportunities to receive vital healthcare.
Through research and observation, and out of years of personal experience, Ontario Mobile Massage was born to fill the gaping deficit of truly accessible massage therapy.
What is Accessibility?
It is the quality of being able to be reached. In other words, it is the opportunity for everybody to have their unique and specific needs met.
Ontario Mobile Massage caters to everyone experiencing pain: parents, youth, athletes, the elderly, individuals with various disabilities, patients post-surgery, patients with terminal illness, grieving souls, and homebodies alike.
Ontario Mobile Massage meets you wherever you are in your life. We listen, understand and respect your wants and needs, and work with you to create a treatment plan that will aid you in fulfilling your goals, whether they be to recover from an injury, to increase your mobility, to treat physical pain caused by emotional turmoil, to practice self-care or body acceptance, or simply to find peace is a tumultuous time.
Ontario Mobile Massage offers seven superbly skilled RMTs who travel across Ontario's GTA, providing you with relief from pain.
We invite you to rediscover accessible massage therapy with Ontario Mobile Massage any day of the week in the comfort and convenience of your own home.

Jacqueline Bolton,
Resource Coordinator (she/her)
Hello and welcome! My name is Jacqueline and as the resource coordinator at Ontario Mobile Massage, I hope to help you find relief and relaxation within the comfort of your home. Growing up with both a doctor and an RMT in the family, I was always taught the importance of seeking help for pain or discomfort, as well as the positive benefits of massage. I’m passionate about making that accessible for all. I love being outside, and camping is one of my favourite activities. I hope to one day visit every national and provincial park in Ontario! When I feel like staying inside, you can find me reading sci-fi or playing video games!
