Keeley Shantz,
RMT (they/them)
- North Pickering
Founder of Ontario Mobile Massage; Clinical Director Hi! I’m Keeley (they/them) and I’m so glad you’re here. My goal is to provide you with relief from pain. I have experienced chronic low back pain since 2011, when I started receiving massage therapy. I am also no stranger to mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, C-PTSD, and premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), which are closely related to the physical manifestations of pain. I am also newly navigating a diagnosis of fibromyalgia. I graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2017 at the top of my class with clinical hours in sports and hospital environments. Since then, I've furthered my education in pregnancy, lymphatic drainage, oncology, breast/chest massage, 2SLGBTQIA+ healthcare, mental health, and end-of-life care. All my treatments are trauma-informed. I have been helping people find relief from their pain as a mobile RMT since 2018. I work with parents, youth, amateur to professional athletes, the elderly, individuals with various disabilities, patients post-surgery, and patients at the end stages of their lives to get them out of pain. I have developed and teach a series of 2SLGBTQIA+ education courses for healthcare practitioners, business owners and the public. I have supervised student clinic at a massage therapy college in Toronto and taught the massage therapy program at Pharma-Medical Science of Canada. I have volunteered in the communities of Markham and Stouffville for over a decade, and have gained valuable experience coaching children with various learning styles in several sports. I enjoy playing and refereeing hockey, skiing and snowboarding, practicing Muay Thai and yoga, meditating, and swimming. In my spare time, I can be found reading fiction, taking care of my betta fish, and playing Magic the Gathering or Dungeons & Dragons (yes, I am a nerd!). I travel up to 30 mins from North Pickering. Appointments are available Mondays & Tuesdays from 10am-5pm, with occasional Wednesday and weekend availability. Alternatively, if you are looking for a more cost-effective option, you can visit me at Ripple Effect Massage Therapy & Wellness in South Ajax on Thursdays & Fridays (www.rippleeffect.pro).

Where Ontario Mobile Massage's Story Begins
Fresh out of massage college, Keeley Shantz, RMT (they/them), founder of Ontario Mobile Massage, was struggling with anxiety, depression, and C-PTSD. Overwhelmed by mental and physical pain, they could barely leave their house.
This led to the realization that massage therapy is typically only accessible to individuals who are able to arrange childcare, leave their home, drive or access public transit, climb clinic steps, and be in a new, and often over-stimulating, environment.
This phenomenon leads to many people not being provided opportunities to receive vital healthcare.
Through research and observation, and out of years of personal experience, Ontario Mobile Massage was born to fill the gaping deficit of truly accessible massage therapy.
What is Accessibility?
It is the quality of being able to be reached. In other words, it is the opportunity for everybody to have their unique and specific needs met.
Ontario Mobile Massage caters to everyone experiencing pain: parents, youth, athletes, the elderly, individuals with various disabilities, patients post-surgery, patients with terminal illness, grieving souls, and homebodies alike.
Ontario Mobile Massage meets you wherever you are in your life. We listen, understand and respect your wants and needs, and work with you to create a treatment plan that will aid you in fulfilling your goals, whether they be to recover from an injury, to increase your mobility, to treat physical pain caused by emotional turmoil, to practice self-care or body acceptance, or simply to find peace is a tumultuous time.
Ontario Mobile Massage offers a team of superbly skilled RMTs who travel across Ontario's GTA, providing you with relief from pain.
We invite you to rediscover accessible massage therapy with Ontario Mobile Massage any day of the week in the comfort and convenience of your own home.

Tenzin Sangmo,
RMT (she/her)
- South Parkdale, Toronto
Registered Massage Therapist • Self-Care Advocate • Mom Tenzin’s path into massage therapy began after her own postpartum journey, where she experienced firsthand the healing power of touch. Now, as an RMT, she’s passionate about helping others find relief, relaxation, and balance. With certifications in Indie head massage, cupping, lymphatic drainage, fascial stretch techniques, and pregnancy and postpartum massage, she brings a well-rounded approach to care. Get to Know Tenzin 🌿 She’s happiest when she’s with her daughter and her dog. 🐾 Her go-to comfort is a warm cup of chai (the stronger, the better - no sugar). She believes rest is just as productive as hustle. If she wasn’t an RMT, she’d probably be an accountant (and secretly, she’s glad she chose the massage table instead of spreadsheets!). She sees massage not just as treatment, but as a way to help people reconnect with their bodies and create space for healing. Tenzin’s approach is warm, intentional, and empowering — she loves supporting clients on their self-care journeys while reminding them that healing is never one-size-fits-all. FOCUS - Therapeutic massage, postpartum massage, massage for stress relief as well as pain management, and lymphatic drainage. Tenzin RMT travels up to 20 mins from South Parkdale in Toronto. You can book an appointment with her Tuesdays-Thursdays, 10am-4pm.
