Gift Certificate Terms
Gift certificates are valid for one year from purchase date, are non-transferrable outside the family and/or location, are non-refundable, have no cash value, and are not redeemable for cash.
Gift certificates are emailed to you and can be forwarded to or printed out for the recipients.
Gift certificates purchases and redemptions cannot be submitted to insurance for reimbursement.
If an appointment booked with a gift certificate is subject to a cancellation or lateness fee, we reserve the right to forfeit the gift certificate.
